How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number on confirmation of your purchase, which you can use to track your order at https://www.thecourierguy.co.za, or http://www.aramex.co.za

What are your delivery options?

Local: Cape Town to Cape Town/Johannesburg to Johannesburg - R52.00(less than 50km)
Major Cities: Bloemfontein/Durban/East London/George/Port Elizabeth/Pretoria/ Cape Town + Johannesburg - R81.00 (+50km)
Outlying areas: R99.00

How do I return an item?

Should you wish to return your bralette please contact us, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Do you provide International delivery?
Not at the moment. We only deliver inside South Africa.

 

What is your returns policy?
If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels, etc. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unused. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Cherry Pearl within 7 days of receiving the parcel for an authorization number.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. We will be happy to send you a new bralette. Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange.

All items discounted or on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned, no exchanges or refunds. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount.
